Honestly my car buying experience with Century West was the easiest process ever! I was recently involved in a serious car accident with drunk driver. It was a head on collision that completely destroyed my 2013 328i. I owe my life to that car, and after going through something like that and walking away with only a broken ankle, I am forever a loyal BMW customer. For weeks I shopped multiple dealerships online inventories to find a new or cpo BMW that had the same features as my previous 3 series plus whatever additional and new technology that's currently available. I found it at Century West. A 2024 330i M Sport that was previously a demo vehicle. I followed it for a couple weeks. When I noticed a second price drop, I made my move and requested information. Mustaffa reached out to me within an hour. He left a voicemail, an email, and a text introducing himself and expressing his eagerness to assist me. I called him back the next day, told him my story, what my specific requirements were, and discussed additional available options. As he searched the database, it was pretty clear that the vehicle I've been following was the only one that checked EVERY single box. It had all my non negotiables plus all the bells and whistles. Following that phone call, he sent me a link to get the process started. I clicked the link, filled out the online application, completed the rest of the process via text with Mustaffa, and that afternoon drove off with the car. Mustaffa was professional and transparent. He wasn't pushy, and as someone that works in a sales/customer service field myself, he made the whole experience feel comfortable and less transactional. Everyone in the dealership was courteous and kind. Quyen, the Finance Manager is also worth mentioning. He was very efficient and made signing all the documents easy and quick. I was actually very surprised at how quick we got through all the paperwork with nothing left unclear. The team at Century West took very good care of me. I highly recommend them if you're in the market for a new BMW.

It was our third purchase from CW. This time we opted for a 430 I Gran Coupe. We met on price. The salesperson who had helped us in the past had retired. So we were referred to Mustaffa. The arrangement was somewhat more complex since the buyer was on a trip and had a family member in another part of the country arrange the deal while communication with Mustafa on one side and the buyer traveling overseas. Mustaffa showed understanding for the complexity and arranged that the transaction was negotiated and held til buyer returned. When the car was picked up all was ready.
